Welch Allyn parts carry a 90-day warranty for functional defects only. No warranty and/or credit or returns are accepted on any opened electronic components.

Return Policy

Our Goal is that our Customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.

Should Hillrom ship products in error, Hillrom shall arrange and pay for return shipment of the products without a restocking fee provided.
