Each PERISTRIPS DRY with VERITAS with Secure Grip Technology (PSDV Secure Grip) loading unit is packaged sterile in a separate pouch. PSDV Secure Grip is comprised of a loading unit, two bovine pericardium buttress strips, and a plastic sheath. PSDV Secure Grip is secured to the linear surgical stapler via an adhesive strip. The user must pull the liner from both the Anvil and Cartridge sides of the product to expose the adhesive before placing the product on the stapler. Before opening any PSDV Secure Grip product, check the label to ensure that the product is designed for the stapler of choice.
